Richstone Family Center was founded in 1974, and since that time has flourished to 5 sites and 13 different programs that have helped 4,500 children and their families in the South Bay.

They provide support in local schools with family counseling, tutoring, and after school enrichment activities.  In the community Richstone has several programs benefiting young teens to the elderly with residential programs, parenting classes, and continued education.

Every year Since 2000, Richstone Family Center has a “Pier-to-Pier” walk with our local news station to raise money for its cause.  All the proceeds collected are matched by the TV Station, and Patman Meat Group continues to participate in sponsoring this walk.

St. Francis Medical Center – www.stfranciscenterla.org

St. Francis Center serves about 5,000 people annually, including 550 families and 1,300 children. These families and children live in one of the worst drug infested, gang dominated areas in the city of Los Angeles. All programs are ongoing and open to all persons regardless of race, gender, religious affiliations or physical condition.

For the last 20 years, St. Francis Medical Center has collected donations to send the children of the community on a camping trip.  Many of these inner city children have not been out of their own city let alone on a camping trip, and Patman Meat Group proudly supports this important yearly event.
